We have what you want for dinner! Fresh from the field chickens, turkeys and pigs. Our canning kitchen churns out salsa, soups, jams and pie fillings. With one stop, we can get you from appetizers through dessert! My wife and I have three part time employees and produce over 15 tons of edible product per year. I am sure we have enough for your next big dinner! --- Products from our farm: Chicken & Turkey, cut up any way you like. Vacuum sealed; sous vide ready! Eggs: lots from truly free range birds. Pork: Our USDA butcher never uses nitrates! All organic sausage seasonings. Canned items: Over 37 different products all made right here on the farm. Any ingredients we don't grow here are sourced from local farms and orchards.

Inside the Farm

How is your approach to farming different than other farms in the same category?
We really cater to the restaurant and grocer. Our on-site butcher shop allows us to produce very specific cuts for our chefs. The stores love our canned items that allow any home cook to whip up something special. It took a lot to create that infrastructure, but the flexibility it gives us now is incredible.

How does your different approach contribute to a long-term profitable growth strategy for your farm and other small farms like yours?
To compete with larger food organizations, small farms need to understand and cater to the specific niche that they service. Our flexibility in creating custom products is building great relationships within the local food establishments.

How would you specifically use a Mortgage Lifter Lift or Mini Lift?
We really feel that small farms NEED to collaborate in order to survive. Our goal is to build a network of farms that can supply the restaurants and stores that we are doing business with. We are willing to try to pull this together! One item that we need is a refrigerator truck so that we can go from farm to farm for pickups and deliveries. The Lift could help us help other farmers!

Please share why you are so passionate about your farm and/or farming in general.
We need clean food. We need family farms. We need to preserve this as a choice of careers. It isn't easy. In fact, it is down right exhausting. But it IS possible. Small farms have to work with each other to compete with larger chains. Everyone benefits if this succeeds!
